All our Hot lunches are processed thru hotlunches.net.

Please Note - All accounts are deleted at the end of each school year, so you must create a new account. Balances and credits will be automatically moved to your new account each year. Please select the appropriate class for this year for each child.

FAQs

  • Register as a parent -

    Click on "Click Here to Register".

    After this first time you can log back in using whatever userID and password you choose.

    The email address you provide will be used to send you confirmation of your orders, and a reminder each Sunday of what you ordered for your child(ren) for the following week.

    Click on "Register Now" button at the bottom

    Enter all your children into the system

    Click on "Students" and follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends our school

    The system will automatically fill in their last name, but please edit this if their last name is not the same as your own.

    Place all your orders for each child

    Click on "Orders" and proceed to place orders for each of your children. When ordering lunches, select all the items you want to order and then scroll down "Place Order and Proceed." You may also order fundraiser items and hot lunch items together, allowing you to make 1 purchase instead of multiple purchases.

    Pay

    After placing all your orders, enter your credit card information and click "Pay" once.

  • We have switched our third-party payment system from PayPal to Bambora which has lower processing fees. Bambora accepts VISA and MC credit cards. The charge will show up on your credit card statement as BAM*CASTLE PARK PARENT. For this school year (2022-2023) and this event, the Bambora processing fees will be passed onto the payee. Please note that we will not be accepting cheques or cash.

  • Castle Park Elementary is a nut-free school, so no meals including nuts will be offered. However, we are not able to guarantee that the food we purchase was prepared in a nut-free environment, or that the food has not come into contact with nuts or other allergens in the manufacturers’ facility or during delivery/distribution. Ordering is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

  • We apologize, but no late orders will be accepted.

  • While we have limited ability to change orders, contact us and we will let you know if we can accommodate you.Item description

  • With exception we will only refund by crediting your account, no cash will be refunded.

Want to help out?

We are always looking for extra hands available to help distribute food, help in the younger classrooms opening drink containers and hot lunch dishes, etc. If you are available on Hot Lunch days and would like to donate an hour of your afternoon please contact us and we will connect with you for more information.
